This instructional DVD is an advanced step routine full of creative choreography.  The workout consists of three 64 count step combinations designed and taught by Presenter Carole Paradise.  This DVD also includes a "face away" tutorial that will further assist the participant in reinforcing each movement.  You'll have fun doing this step workout!
Carole Paradise has been a group fitness instructor for 22 years and has presented her Step By Design workshop for 7 years.  She is also a Physical Therapist assistant, specializing in sports medicine for the University of Kansas Medical Center.
